STORE FAQ

  • All major payment methods are accepted.

  • Currently we only ship stock items like stickers, magnets and coasters to the United States and Canada. However, If you are buying an item fulfilled by Printful then shipping is worldwide!

    The shipping status of each item can be found in the individual listings.

  • Orders usually go out the same day, however sometimes it takes a little longer, so please allow 2-3 days to receive your tracking details.

    Domestic US orders are sent via USPS First Class and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when it goes out.

  • A lot of our smaller items, such as stickers, patches and pins are stocked in-house and ship directly from us in Jersey City.

    Some of our larger items, such as posters and apparel are fulfilled by a company called Printful.com. This allows us to offer a great selection of products without having to worry about keeping inventory on site. In the case of a printful order the item will be printed up and shipped directly from their facility.

    The source of each item we offer will be listed in the individual listing.

 

 STORE RETURN POLICY

  • Just send an email to hello@mutiny13.com and get we’ll it sorted for you

  • If there is a problem with any physical product purchased from our store then we would be happy to process either a return, or exchange.

    Digital items are not eligible for return.

    Discounted or custom items are not eligible for return.

  • Returned items will need to be received at the following address in order for your refund/exchange to be processed:

    338 Palisade Ave., Suite #138, Jersey City, NJ 07307

    Please send your items back with a tracking number to ensure that it arrives safely.

  • We are unable to cover the cost of returning your item but we will cover the cost of shipping out a replacement if you opt for an exchange.

  • Please let us know of any issues as soon as possible but any request received after 30 days cannot be considered for a return.

  • Items must be in new, undamaged condition.

    For items that arrived damaged, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

    Exchanges will be shipped out when we have received the original item.

  • If the product is being fulfilled by Printful then refunds will be handled by them. Please refer to their refund policy and they’ll get right to it.

By making a purchase on our store you must agree to the collection and use of information essential to the processing and fulfillment of your order.

In order to place an order on our site we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address and postal address. This is so we can process and ship your order and keep you up to date on its status.

We won’t sell or give away your name or personal details to anyone.

Your payment information will not be collected.
